Currently drumming and singing in several local HK bands. These include THE RELIANTS who released their debut album, LAST FERRY, in 2024, acoustic folk/Americana 4-piece The Sirens, Lamma country band The Yung Shue Wan Curs and noisy rock band Gong Bath.

Dave was the drummer for Macau rock/pop legends, SOLER, for around 5 years before the Pandemic halted us all in our tracks. The guys celebrated 20 years as Soler in 2018 and they managed to write and record an album called BROTHERS, which is available on most online platforms. By the time Covid was over, everyone emerged doing different, new things and, sadly that was the end of another Soler era.

Dave has been teaching drums for over 20 years and it was always his dream to open a music school. He genuinely loves passing on the knowledge he has built up throughout his career and the small but busy music school, ASPIRE MUSIC, that he and his wife opened in 2014, is his dream made real.

All his drum lessons take place at ASPIRE MUSIC which is located very near Wong Chuk Hang MTR station in Hong Kong. However, if you live too far away or just prefer not to travel, he also offers Online Drum Lessons. Contact him below for more information or you can call/whatsapp Aspire Music on 54146821.
